Our client is the foremost luxury goods company in Nigeria with a diversified portfolio that comprises over 13 of the worlds most prestigious luxury brands. They are looking to fill the role of a IT Officer.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Network administration and database Management, Network Troubleshooting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel, Access, Powerpoint, Word).
  • Ability to analyse system problems, monitor and ensure IT equipment (server, routers, switches and PCs) run smoothly.
  • Ability to perform regular system maintenance and schedule system backups via the external network backup solution.
  • Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
  • Setting up new users accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
  • Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals
  • Testing and evaluating new technology
  • Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.

Job Requirements:

  • B.SC Computer & Information Science
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Network administration and database Management, Network Troubleshooting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel, Access, Powerpoint, Word).
  • Ability to analyse system problems, monitor and ensure IT equipment (server, routers, switches and PCs) run smoothly.
  • Ability to perform regular system maintenance and schedule system backups via the external network backup solution.
  • Good knowledge of ORION software is a key a requirement
