A reputable Construction and Engineering company located at Kado Estate Abuja is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our Business Development effort and drive growth in a construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building business relationships with clients and partners, and developing strategies to expand our market share.
The prospective applicant must have experience working with a construction company/Real Estate firms
Major Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tenders, bids and proposals
- Build and maintain relationship with clients, partners and stakeholders to drive business growth
- Monitor and report on business development performance, including progress against targets given and ensure that the monthly target is achieved
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development within the construction industry, with 5 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project lifecycles, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
