- Conduct a thorough review of the current health facility sampling process used for DQAs.
- Identify existing gaps, challenges, and potential areas for improvement.
- Provide recommendations for optimizing the sampling process, including suggestions on how to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and fairness of facility selection.
- Plan and facilitate a three-day workshop with key malaria stakeholders to review and finalize the existing randomizer tool.
- Guide discussions during the workshop to ensure that the tool meets all required technical standards and is aligned with program objectives.
- Capture all inputs and feedback from the workshop participants.
- Plan and facilitate a two-day NTOT workshop with stakeholders to validate, disseminate the new RDQA health facility selection tool and user guide
- Develop a comprehensive user guide for the finalized randomizer tool.
- Ensure the guide is clear, concise, and provides step-by-step instructions for users at National, State and Local Government Areas level, including troubleshooting tips and FAQs.
- Desk Review: 5 days
- Workshop Facilitation: 5 days
- Tool Development and Update: 10 days
- User Guide Development: 10 days
- Degree in public health, monitoring and evaluation, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in health system strengthening, particularly in data quality assessments.
- Proven expertise in developing tools and processes for health data management and facility sampling.
- Strong facilitation skills with experience conducting workshops and stakeholder engagements.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Familiarity with engagement of Government stakeholders.
- Previous work experience or similar roles with the National Malaria Elimination Programme will be an added advantage.
