Role Description

This is a temporary remote role for an ERPNext Expert at Brela. The ERPNext Expert will be responsible for implementing and customizing the ERPNext system and ensuring system integration and data management. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to configuring modules and designing workflows.

What Were Looking For

An ERPNext expert who can:

  • Assess if ERPNext can handle Property Management and Coworking Space Management in a unified system.
  • Implement the best configuration for managing Property Management across multiple cities and Coworking Space Management .
  • Migrate financial data from SageOne to ERPNext without errors or data loss.
  • Customize ERPNext to meet property, coworking, and financial management needs.
  • Ensure seamless integration of payment gateways and other tools.
  • Set up user access controls to allow each team to access only what they need.
    • Create robust data and reporting structures for tracking revenue, occupancy, expenses, and financial performance.

What Youll Do

  • Provide a clear roadmap and recommendations for implementation.
  • Handle the migration of financial data from SageOne to ERPNext.
  • Implement the best multi-city property management setup for Pyale Properties in ERPNext.
  • Highlight potential obstacles and solutions for each stage of the process.
    • Collaborate with our team to ensure a smooth setup and transition.
