We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting our team with administrative tasks.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors warmly and handle inquiries
  • Manage and answer phone calls, emails, and messages
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials

  • Provide administrative support to the team
