Were seeking a talented and motivated Digital Media Planner/ Buyer Executive to join our team!

In this role, youll be responsible for:

Managing Key Accounts: Overseeing major clients, planning, and executing impactful campaigns to achieve their marketing goals.

Digital Campaign Management: Managing and optimizing campaigns across various platforms like Meta, Snapchat, Google, Twitter, and programmatic networks.

Media Strategy & Planning: Conducting media research, recommending effective channels, and designing digital media plans tailored to client objectives.

Developing & Implementing Strategies: Crafting and executing media buying strategies to deliver on client goals, continuously refining them based on performance and market trends.

Campaign Execution & Optimization: Planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across platforms, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.

Performance Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing campaign metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, ROI), using data insights to optimize campaign outcomes.

Vendor Negotiation: Negotiating rates and contracts with media vendors to secure the best placements and rates, building strong relationships with partners.

Proposal Development: Collaborating with the team to craft compelling digital advertising proposals for new clients.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working seamlessly with internal teams (creative, compliance, finance) and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Performance Marketing: Creating and executing effective performance marketing strategies for diverse brands.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years experience in digital marketing and media planning.

Proven track record of managing large-scale digital campaigns and key accounts.

Strong analytical skills and experience with performance marketing and reporting.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Meta, Snapchat, Google, Twitter).
