Job Summary

We are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, engaging with customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and driving sales while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

  • Minimum Qualification : High School (S.S.C.E)
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Engage and assist customers with product selections and inquiries in-store, online, and via phone.
  • Drive sales by promoting products, upselling, and processing transactions accurately.
  • Handle order processing, including tracking, confirmations, and coordinating with the baking team.
  • Utilize CRM software for managing customer data, tracking interactions, and processing invoices.
  • Support social media and online sales by responding to inquiries and promoting products.
    • Maintain sales records, track customer trends, and suggest improvements for better service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years in customer service, sales, or retail.
  • Minimum of SSCE; additional certifications in sales, customer service, or CRM management are a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • Experience with an invoicing platform (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Invoice, or similar).
  • Familiarity with POS systems, social media, and messaging apps for customer interaction.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
    • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and peak business hours.

Remuneration: NGN 90,000 - 100,000 Monthly
