Job Brief

Were on the hunt for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on driving business growth and smashing targets. Youll be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, building strong client relationships, and pushing our sales and revenue to new heights.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Identify and target potential clients, build strong relationships, and convert leads into sales.
  • Define revenue driven KPIs and achievable milestone that meets target
  • Ability to generate leads in key target industries (Finance, Education and Retail/Commence)
  • Analyze market trends and competitor behavior to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to create engaging marketing content.
  • Track, report, and analyze sales data to inform decision-making and strategy.

Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Flexible and ability to work under pressure

  • A base fixed salary of N50,000 + 20% commission on sales
