Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, and videos.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to inform content strategy.
  • Assist in managing social media campaigns, including tracking performance and analyzing metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
  • Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas for campaigns, contests, and collaborations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Passion for social media and staying ahead of digital trends.
