JOB ADVERT FOR THE ROLE OF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

JOB TITLE: ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

LOCATION: LAGOS, NIGERIA

JOB TYPE: ON - SITE, FULL-TIME

JOB SUMMARY

The position will be responsible for administrative support in the processing of travelling and hotel itineraries for both local and expatriate staff, stock management and distribution, documentation and updating admin files as well as arrangement for all travel related test at designated laboratory.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Making reservations and booking of both Local and International Flights.

2. Arranging of new protocols for Logistics/Hotel and Airport.

3. Keeping and updating a master travelling file (international and local)

4. Stock Management and Reconciliation

5. Distribution materials when the needs arise.

6. Management of office incoming and outgoing consumable items.

7. Processing of all invoices for payments

8. Responsible for conducting periodic verification and reconciliation of all office items and a complete up to date list of all store items/office supplies

9. Handling of all admin related filing and documentation

10. Handling of email correspondence accordingly

11. Any other assigned task(s)

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

1. BSc/HND in Business Administration, Economics, Law or any other discipline.

2. Professional certification in NIM or related discipline is an added advantage.

3. 2-3years experience in a reputable organization.

COMPETENCE REQUIRED

1. Strong Organizational skills with problem solving attitude

2. Experience in office management software like MS Office, Windows and Exchange

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

4. Good record keeping/document filing skills

5. Attention to details
