The Social Media Manager will be responsible for engaging with customers across Beautybytejj Studio social media platforms, whilst ensuring excellent customer service, conversation of leads to sale and maintaining a positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via social media, WhatsApp, phone, and email.
  • Manage Beautybytejj Studio social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter).
  • Create and post engaging content, including captions and visuals, in line with the brands tone and marketing strategy.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and engagement.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including product launches and special offers.
  • Coordinate with the creative team to develop relevant content for Beautybytejj Studio social media.
  • Schedule regular posts to maintain an active presence, align with peak engagement times, and support marketing goals.
  • Track beauty trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to inspire new content ideas.
  • Build an engaged community by creating interactive content like polls, Q&As, live sessions, and other forms of engagement.
  • Organize online events, giveaways, and challenges that resonate with Beautybytejj Studios audience.
  • Serve as a positive and knowledgeable representative of Beautybytejj Studio, upholding the brands values in every interaction.

  • Create marketing strategies and ads management in order to grow the companys online and offline presence.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates must have work experience and have her NYSC certification.
  • Proven experience in Content creation and social media management, preferably in the beauty industry (minimum of 3 years experience)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and tools (Instagram, TikTok, twitter, scheduling tools, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to use a camera/iPhone to create clear and crispy captivating images and videos.
  • Excellent use of Canva for contents graphic design and other editing apps. (e.g. CapCut)
  • OND, HND, or Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Digital marketing skills is highly valuable

Monthly Salary: 100, 000 Naira

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos State.

Workdays: 5 Days in a week

Tuesday-Saturday: 9am-7pm and Sundays: 12pm-7pm (ONSITE/PHYSICAL ROLE)

  • Candidates must live in close proximity to the company. Only candidates who live in/around VI, CHEVRON, OBALANDE, IKATE AXIS will be considered..

Pay: ₦100,000.00 per month
