Job Description/Requirements Job Title: Sales Unit Manager Location: Lagos State Company: Custodian Life Assurance Ltd Job Type: Full-time Reports to: Regional Sales Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Unit Manager to lead our sales team in achieving exceptional results. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in life insurance sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of at least 5 sales advisors to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
- Conduct training and coaching sessions to enhance team members sales skills and product knowledge
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular feedback and guidance to team members
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and partners
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and resolve customer issues
Requirements: - CIIN proficiency certificate is mandatory
- NACOM license is an additional advantage
- At least 2 years of experience in the life insurance industry, with a proven track record of sales achievement
