About Us:

We are a leading Plastic Industry seeking a skilled and experienced Mold Changer to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Mold Changer to be responsible for changing molds on our production lines. The successful candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

- Change molds on production lines according to production schedules and priorities

- Perform routine maintenance tasks on molds and equipment

- Troubleshoot mold-related issues and resolve problems efficiently

- Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth operations

- Maintain a safe and clean working environment

Requirements:

- Relevant qualifications, e.g., high school diploma, technical certificate.

- Relevant experience, 2+ years of experience as a Mold Changer.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
