Education: LLB, BL

Work Experience: 5years

  • Draft, analyze, proofread, and review contracts, agreements, legal documentations, reports, and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.
  • Monitor the maintenance of the registers and other records required to be maintained by the Company under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA).
  • Provide advice on corporate legal issues and business matters.
  • Monitor and file tax returns at FIRS/LIRS.
  • Preparation and vetting of court processes.
  • Management of court cases.
  • Review and advice on legal implications of legislations, policies, guidelines etc.
  • Conduct accurate research and analysis of legal problems.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and accurate records of documents and correspondence.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, compiling documents, and taking minutes of meeting.
  • Assist the Partners with daily administrative duties including managing an active calendar of appointments; completing reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging travel plans, itineraries, and agendas etc.

Provide all such other administrative and legal support as directed by the Partners.
