Job Title: Fertility Nurse (Training & Growth Opportunity)

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos state

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM), Saturday (8:30 AM - 1:00 PM)

About the Role

Our client is a top fertility center in Nigeria, specializing in IVF, fertility treatments, and fibroid management. This role offers a rare opportunity to be trained by industry experts while building a long-term career in fertility nursing. Successful candidates will also have the potential to grow into a Head Nurse position.

Responsibilities

* Undergo specialized training in IVF, fertility care, and reproductive health.

* Educate and support patients through their fertility treatment journey.

* Assist doctors during procedures like egg retrieval and embryo transfer.

* Administer fertility medications and monitor patient progress.

* Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.

* Work towards a leadership role, assisting in mentoring new nurses.

Requirements

* Registered Nurse (RN) and Registered Midwifery (RM) with a valid practicing license.

* At least 1 year of nursing experience (gynecology or fertility experience is a plus).

* Strong interest in fertility nursing and willingness to learn.

* Excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork skills.

* Ability to work a structured schedule Monday-Saturday.
