Job Title: Product Consultant - Startup Studio and Product Incubator
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Work Mode: Hybrid, Full-time

A leading Startup Studio and Product Incubator is seeking a ProductConsultant to provide strategic advisory and hands-on support for early-stage product development and market validation. The ideal candidate will work with founders, product teams, and incubator partners to shape innovative product ideas into market-ready solutions, leveraging their expertise in product strategy, design thinking, and go-to-market execution.
Responsibilities
Product and Project Management
- Responsible for delivery of products and services for new and existing clients leveraging best practices and company frameworks and policies by driving engagements from ideation to success and taking charge of activities across the product life cycle.
- Conducts research and analysis including industry, competitor and user research and analysis for new products and services.
- Coordinates internal teams to ensure delivery with optimal use of resources.
- Maintains current knowledge of industry trends, opportunities, channels, products, and competitors and optimize growth efforts.
Account Management
- Provides excellent customer-focused business management activities for designated customers and products including but not limited to:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with assigned clients
- Proactively engaging with clients for feedback and incorporating feedback into service delivery and future engagements
- Regularly reviewing client and engagement portfolios and driving internal and external stakeholders to ensure maximum lifetime value for all clients and the company
- Drafts and reviews business and documentation as required
- Keeps abreast of trends and developments in all industries relevant to the business that may affect product/service delivery.
- Other duties as assigned in relation to achieving defined goals.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Product Management, Technology, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, product consulting, or working with startups.
- Professional qualification inBusiness Analysis, Product Management, Project Management
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle, design thinking, and MVP development.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client advisory skills.
- Experience in market research, customer validation, and go-to-market strategy.
- Familiarity with startup ecosystems, incubator models, and innovation frameworks is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Notion.
- Laptop (BYOD, Transition to Company-issued)

Pay: ₦400,000.00 per month
