Role Overview
The Growth Manager will play a dual role as Sales Manager and Data Analyst, ensuring that sales efforts are data-driven, targeted, and aligned with SimpliRides business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, market intelligence, and performance analytics, with the ability to develop and execute strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute revenue growth strategies to expand SimpliRides market share.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and new business opportunities.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring effective lead generation, conversion, and customer retention.
- Develop and manage sales forecasting models to predict growth trends and optimize resources.
- Collaborate with marketing to create data-driven campaigns that enhance customer engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, corporate clients, and partners.
Data Analytics & Performance Optimization
- Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue growth, user acquisition, and retention.
- Develop predictive models and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct A/B testing and other analytical methods to optimize pricing, promotions, and sales strategies.
- Utilize CRM systems and business intelligence tools to enhance reporting and process efficiency.
Collaboration & Strategic Execution
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to align growth initiatives.
- Implement and improve automated tools for sales tracking and customer relationship management.
- Provide regular insights and recommendations to leadership based on data trends and performance analysis.
- Ensure KPIs are reviewed weekly to drive continuous improvement and strategic alignment.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Revenue Growth: Percentage increase in sales and overall revenue.
- Customer Acquisition & Retention: New user sign-ups, churn rate, and lifetime value.
- Conversion Rate: Lead-to-customer conversion ratio.
- Market Expansion: Growth in active operational zones and partnerships secured.
- Sales Efficiency: Average sales cycle length and deal closure rate.
- Data-Driven Impact: Number of data-backed decisions implemented and their effect on growth metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years in sales, business development, or data analytics, preferably in the mobility, fintech, or digital services sector.
- Sales & Growth Strategy: Proven ability to drive revenue and expand market presence through structured sales efforts.
- Data Analytics & Business Intelligence: Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar tools.
- CRM & Sales Automation: Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and automation tools.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Ability to leverage insights to optimize sales strategies.
- Financial Acumen: Experience in revenue forecasting, pricing models, and financial performance tracking.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a ride-hailing, e-commerce, fintech, or mobility tech company.
