Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily salon operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and adherence to salon policies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Address and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Recruit, train, and mentor salon staff, including stylists, receptionists, and assistants.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Address customer complaints and feedback professionally and effectively.
• Monitor online reviews and reputation management.
• Manage payroll and oversee financial records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels for salon products and supplies.
Build and maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in salon management or a similar leadership role preferably in the beauty industry.
• Strong knowledge of salon services, products, and trends.
