Job Responsibilities

  • Process cash, card, and transfer payments for services.
  • Generate invoices, issue receipts, and verify pricing.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile daily transactions.
  • Assist patients with billing inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and confidentiality standards.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a cashier or accounting role, preferably in a healthcare or diagnostic center.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Trustworthy and able to handle financial transactions with integrity.
