Visa Team Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Visa Officer Team Lead to head our visa advisory team. This role requires an individual with extensive experience in managing education and tourism visa processes and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, process, and oversee all visa requests from clients and the outgoing department, ensuring smooth operations.
• Inform clients of required documents, review them thoroughly, and verify accuracy before submission.
• Complete visa applications, schedule embassy appointments and interviews, and submit passports and applications to embassies/consulates.
• Provide regular follow-ups on all inquiries and monitor visa cases managing appointments, special requests, amendments, and cancellations.
• Stay informed of changes in visa regulations and immigration laws, ensuring that both clients and team members are up to date with the latest information.
• Manage the visa advisory team, ensuring all visa applications are processed efficiently and in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Supervise the handling of education and tourism visa applications for countries such as the UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, Australia, France, and Schengen nations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Resolve complex visa cases and client concerns, ensuring all issues are handled professionally and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in visa processing, consultation, and team leadership, with a focus on education and tourism visas.
• Expertise in visa regulations and immigration laws for the UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, Australia, France, and Schengen countries.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor, motivate, and develop staff.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• High level of organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in visa management systems (e.g., Salesforce) and office software.
• Strong problem solving skills, with the ability to handle escalated cases and provide solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
