Our client a reputable and fast-growing Microfinance Institution (MFI), located on Lagos Island (Lekki Axis), requires honest, intelligent and experienced professionals to join its team as Senior Loan Officers.
Job Description (in Summary)
* Source new creditworthy borrowers.
* Evaluate loan applications and determine the creditworthiness of applicants.
* Communicate effectively with customers to explain loan options, terms, and conditions.
* Maintain thorough and accurate records of loan applications and approvals.
* Maintain professional relationship management with the customers to ensure loan repayment and business growth.
Major Requirements
1. B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Economics, Accounting or any other numerate discipline.
2. A higher degree may be an added advantage.
3. Minimum of three years relevant experience from MFB or MFI.
4. Excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite.
