About Us:

Our client, a leading provider of mechanical engineering solutions and services, seeks a highly motivated and experienced Mechanical Sales Engineer to join their team.

Job Summary:

Were looking for a results-driven Mechanical Sales Engineer to promote and sell our mechanical engineering solutions and services to new and existing clients. The successful candidate will leverage their technical expertise to understand customer needs, develop customized solutions, and close sales deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
  • Develop and present proposals to prospective clients
  • Offer technical advice and solutions tailored to customer requirements
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to develop custom solutions for clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure continuous business
  • Provide after-sales support to address customer concerns or issues
  • Work closely with engineering and supply chain teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery
  • Support marketing initiatives such as exhibitions and product demonstrations
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Prepare weekly reports on sales performance, call plan, visitation, and market trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales engineering, preferably in the mechanical engineering industry
  • Excellent technical knowledge of mechanical engineering solutions and services
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
