Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Abuja. Cicada Travels Ltd. is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth, expand our client base, and increase revenue. This role requires an independent, proactive professional with strong industry connections and a strategic mindset to identify and secure new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience in identifying new business opportunities and client relationship management
- Strong skills in market research and analysis
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand corporate and high-net-worth client portfolios.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and stakeholders.
- Drive sales of flight tickets, travel packages, and customized travel solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competition.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that attract high-value clients.
- Prepare and present business proposals and reports to management.
