Job Description/Requirements

The Content Lead will oversee all content production across the tech media brand, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and audience engagement. This includes supervising content creation for podcasts, blogs, videos, social media, and newsletters. The Content Lead will also manage the content team, set strategies, and ensure high-quality output that reflects the brands vision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for the brand.
• Supervise the content team, including text, audio/video editors, producers, and editors.
• Set KPIs for content and team members
• Oversee content production across all platforms (audio, visual, written).
• Ensure all content aligns with the brands voice, mission, and target audience.
• Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and improve engagement.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all projects.
Foster collaboration between departments to align content with overall brand objectives.

KPIs for Content Lead:

• Produce and publish high-quality podcasts and radio shows monthly.
• Maintain a 100% adherence to the approved content calendar.
• Drive increase in listener base (subscriptions, app downloads, or streams).
• Ensure 100% of content is cross-promoted across social media platforms with engaging posts and campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing/partnerships to execute 1 targeted campaign per quarter to boost engagement.
• Work with marketing/partnerships to secure Ad sponsorships or partnerships.
• Introduce and test innovative monetization models (e.g., premium content or live events).
• Launch audience-focused initiatives quarterly, like live Q&A, polls, or listener shoutouts.
• Propose and implement creative improvements or format changes to keep content fresh.
• Oversee timely delivery of team projects.
