Job Title: Client Experience & Sales Associate
Client: Fashion BrandLocation: Lekki Phase 1 (Accommodation Available)Salary: ₦100,000
Responsibilities:
Client Relations & Customer Service:
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone and in person.
- Follow up on orders, feedback, and client satisfaction.
- Assist in-store clients with product recommendations and styling.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional showroom atmosphere.
- Handle complaints efficiently, ensuring resolution and follow-ups.
Order Management & Logistics:
- Accurately process, pack, and label orders per brand standards.
- Coordinate timely deliveries with logistics partners.
Showroom & Inventory Management:
- Keep the display area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Monitor inventory and alert management when restocking is needed.
- Document stock inflows and outflows accurately.
Sales & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide timely reports.
- Ensure client records and sales documentation are complete and organized.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in retail, fashion, or customer service.Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.Attention to detail, especially in order processing and inventory.Ability to resolve client concerns professionally.A keen eye for fashion and styling is a plus.
