Job Description/Requirements

Are you passionate about records management and compliance? Do you have an eye for detail and a knack for organizing information assets? Join our team as a Team Lead, Physical Records Management and play a key role in ensuring efficient document retention, retrieval, and compliance with best practices.

What Youll Do:

✅ Oversee the classification, retention, and organization of physical records

✅ Ensure compliance with international records management standards

✅ Develop and implement recordkeeping methodologies and indexing systems

✅ Conduct legal research to determine retention values and update schedules

✅ Collaborate with internal teams to improve information access and security

✅ Lead and mentor a team of records officers
