Job Description/Requirements

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Ticketing Executive to join our team. This role is a dual-function position, as the candidate will be working across both our travel and study abroad units. The ideal candidate must possess strong experience with Amadeus for issuing international tickets and have a solid understanding of study abroad processes.

LOCATION: Must live within Gwarimpa or its environs.

SALARY: 100,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ticketing Responsibilities:
  • Issue international flight tickets using Amadeus in compliance with company policies.
  • Assist clients with flight booking inquiries and provide recommendations based on travel needs.
  • Manage and resolve any issues related to ticketing, including cancellations, reissues, and refunds.
    • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all ticketing requests to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Study Abroad Support:
  • Provide assistance and guidance to clients regarding study abroad opportunities.
  • Assist in processing and managing student applications for study abroad programs.
  • Coordinate with educational institutions and partners to facilitate smooth application processes.
    • Provide advice on travel arrangements related to study abroad programs, ensuring seamless integration with travel services.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients by offering prompt, professional, and personalized service.
    • Address client concerns and inquiries related to both travel and study abroad services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience using Amadeus to issue international tickets.
  • Knowledge and understanding of study abroad processes and procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Prior experience in the travel industry is preferred.

Education & Experience:

  • A minimum of 1 years experience in ticketing or a related field.
