Role Description

As our HR/Admin Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and ensuring efficient administrative support across the organization. Your leadership will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting Kuves strategic goals through robust people management and streamlined operations.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy & Policy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures in line with local labor laws and industry best practices.
  • Design and execute strategies for talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

Performance Management:

  • Establish performance evaluation systems, training programs, and professional development initiatives to drive employee growth.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensure a supportive work environment.

Administrative Oversight:

  • Supervise daily administrative operations, including office management, facilities, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure that all administrative functions operate smoothly and support business operations effectively.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure HR and administrative activities comply with Nigerian labor laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, budgeting, and administrative performance for senior management.

Culture & Engagement:

Cultivate a positive organizational culture that aligns with Kuves values and promotes collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

    Required Qualifications & Certifications:

    • Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Industry Certifications (Mandatory):Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP): Demonstrated expertise in HR management and best practices.
    • Additional Certifications (Preferred): Certifications in Office Administration, Payroll Management, or related areas are a plus.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administrative management, preferably within a tech startup or dynamic business environment.
    • Proven track record in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.

    Technical Proficiency:

    • Strong familiarity with HRIS systems, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Experience using performance management and recruitment platforms is an advantage.

    Soft Skills:

    • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
