Job Summary:We are seeking a Recruitment Officer to manage the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring the attraction and selection of top talent. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition, strong communication skills, and a keen understanding of recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Manage job postings and candidate outreach.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain recruitment records and ensure compliance with hiring policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with ATS and recruitment tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month
