FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVES

We are looking for passionate Field Sales Representatives to join our sales team. Their responsibilities include outbound sales activities, market storms, generating leads, making sales calls, follow up, sales conversions and meeting sales targets.

To be successful in this role, you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth by selling and promoting our products to potential and existing customers. Ultimately, a top-notch Field Sales Representative should be agile, passionate and tenacious, able to build rapport with customers and close sales. They will be responsible for the following:

- Develop new business relationships, identify prospects and follow through till the sale is closed.

- Schedule outings, events, market storms and outdoor bound activations as directed by the unit head.

- Travel throughout the assigned territory and visit customers on a recurring basis.

- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously

- Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts.

- Follow up on leads generated.

· Present the company to potential clients through face-to-face meetings, cold calls and emails.

- Cultivate new leads within a sales territory.

- Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs.

- Explain accurately the features, benefits and pricing of products and services

- Demonstrate the products usage before an audience.

- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.

- Managing the sales process using the companys CRM database system.

- Assist with corporate marketing strategies and expanding the company to new markets

- Monitor the companys industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.

- Comply with the approved branded dressing for outings and events.

- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Participating in sales team meetings remotely and physically.

- Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the companys reputation

- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

• OND in any relevant discipline.
• Proven experience in a field sales role.
• Background in selling solar energy or solar powered appliances will be an advantage
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets.
• Must be agile and willing to move around assigned territories or locations.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office suite
• Familiar with the use of CRM application.
• Must be friendly and persuasive.
• Good networking and relationship building skills.
• Solid command of English language and good communication skills.
• Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
• Persistent and results-oriented.
• Patient and able to handle customer objections.

Job Types: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months

Pay: ₦80,000.00 - ₦90,000.00 per month
