Project Liaison Officer

Location: Gbagada, Lagos Mainland.

Work mode: Onsite (Hybrid after probation)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Liaison Officer to manage and track project requests, ensuring seamless coordination between departments and timely task completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and multitasking skills, be proficient in project management tools, and thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, internal departments, and project teams.
• Monitor project requests to ensure effective communication and on-time delivery of tasks.
• Coordinate with various departments (Tech, Creative, Marketing, etc.) to track project progress and address any delays or challenges.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, timelines, and deliverables to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Use Google Workspace tools for project organization, documentation, and communication.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project statuses, risks, and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• NYSC completion certificate is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably in a tech or creative agency.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Gmail).
• Strong understanding of project management principles and familiarity with project tracking tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
