Duties & Responsibilities:

Collaborative Planning:

● Work with marketing and sales teams to align promotional activities.

● Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure cohesive

Knowledge, Experience & Competencies

Formal Education Required:

● Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Related Professional Training, Certification or Membership:

Mandatory Preferred An MBA is an added advantage

Years & Field of Experience required:

● 3+ years of experience in trade sales or account management, preferably in the beverage sector.

● Strong experience in HR strategy, compliance, talent management, and labor relations within a regulated industry.

● Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

● Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

● Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
