Job Summary Our client Tubo is a luxury fashion brand renowned for innovative designs, exceptional craftsmanship, and timeless elegance. We are in need of a production manager, the Production Manager will oversee the entire production process, ensuring that garments are produced efficiently, cost-effectively, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage a team of production staff. Location: Victoria Island Working Hours: Monday - Saturday |8am-6pm Salary: N250,000 - N300,000 Benefits: Performance bonus, HMO Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines. Coordinate with design, procurement, and sales teams to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed. Ensure all products meet the fashion houses quality standards. Implement quality control checks at various stages of production. Address any quality issues promptly and effectively. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production team. Provide training and support to production staff. Conduct performance reviews and address any staffing issues. Manage the production budget and ensure cost-effective operations. Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best prices for materials. Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste. Ensure the production facility complies with health and safety regulations. Implement and enforce safety protocols for the production team. Stay updated on industry regulations and standards. Continuously evaluate production processes and suggest improvements. Implement lean manufacturing techniques to enhance efficiency. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in production technology. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Fashion Design, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years experience as a Production Manager in the fashion industry, with proven tailoring expertise. In-depth knowledge of garment production processes. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong leadership and team management skills Proficiency in production management software and tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₦250,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
