Job Title: Head of Finance Manager

Location: Mushin, Lagos

Salary: #500,000 - #600,000

Job Summary:

The Head of Finance Manager will provide strategic financial leadership, driving business growth and improving financial performance. The successful candidate will lead the finance function, develop and implement financial strategies, and provide expert financial guidance to the executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improve financial performance.

2. Lead the finance function, providing strategic direction and guidance to the finance team.

3. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business decisions.

4. Provide expert financial guidance to the executive team, including financial analysis, risk management, and financial planning.

5. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and financial institutions.

6. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and standards.

7. Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

1. Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, ICAN).

2. At least 7 years of experience in finance, including experience in a senior leadership role especially in a FMCG sector

3. Strong track record of driving business growth and improving financial performance.

4. Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.

5. Ability to develop and implement financial strategies, manage budgets, and provide expert financial guidance.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data.
