Job Overview:

Our client, a leading company in the real estate industry, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving property sales, increasing revenue, and enhancing the companys market presence. With at least 5 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing, the candidate should possess in-depth industry knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and a strong ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell the companys real estate properties to prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and industry professionals to generate leads and referrals.
• Conduct property tours, presentations, and meetings with potential buyers to showcase available properties.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the companys client base.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitive offerings.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to increase brand visibility.
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, leads, and market conditions to management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales and marketing.
• Strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics and customer behavior.
• Exceptional sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦300,000.00 per month

• Real estate marketing/sales: 5 years (Required)
