We are seeking a motivated and proactive talent executive to join our growing HR team. As a talent executive, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, identifying top talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate will be someone eager to learn, able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, and looking to develop a long-term career in HR.

Schedule: Hybrid (3 days remote, 2 days physical)Salary: N200,000 - N230,000Location: Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to meetbusiness objectives.2. Talent Sourcing: Identify, attract, and engage top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.3. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience, from application to onboarding.4. Interview Process: Design and facilitate effective interview processes, including assessment and competency-based interviews.5. Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate salaries, and ensure smooth onboardingprocess.

Requirements1. Experience: 2+ years of recruitment experience.2. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.4. Proven ability to design and implement effective recruitment strategies.5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
