Role Overview

As a UI/UX Designer at AdsVase, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning user experiences. Your work will ensure that every touchpoint of the adsVase platform is user-centered, accessible, and aligned with the companys vision of combining functionality with aesthetics.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and AI teams to design interfaces that delight users and drive adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand pain points, behaviors, and needs.
• Create personas, user journeys, and wireframes based on research insights.
• Design responsive and intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop prototypes and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Implement consistent branding and visual design elements across the platform.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing.
• Ensure designs comply with WCAG accessibility standards.
• Conduct usability tests to validate design effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across the platform.
• Document UI/UX best practices and guidelines for future scalability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into simple, elegant solutions.
• Proficiency in designing interactive components, animations, and transitions.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective collaboration with developers.
• Skilled in conducting user research, A/B testing, and usability testing.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

• Experience designing for e-commerce or social media platforms.
• Knowledge of motion design tools like After Effects or Lottie .
• Basic understanding of Agile workflows and project management tools like JIRA or Trello .
