Are you a DevOps Engineer with advanced cybersecurity expertise, a track record in fintech, and hands-on experience with DigitalOcean? Do you want to play a key role in redefining financial technology? At EasySpend, were revolutionizing digital finance, and were looking for a passionate professional to join us as a Co-Founder.

EasySpend is a fintech startup delivering cutting-edge payment solutions, cryptocurrency integration, virtual cards, and personalized financial tools. Our mission is to create a secure, user-friendly platform that transforms how people manage their finances.

Your Role

As a Co-Founder and DevOps Engineer, you will:

• Lead Infrastructure Development: Build, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient systems using DigitalOceans cloud platform.

• Drive Cybersecurity Initiatives: Develop and enforce top-tier security measures to protect user data, ensure compliance with fintech regulations (e.g., PCI DSS), and mitigate risks.

• Streamline DevOps Processes: Implement CI/CD pipelines, automate workflows, and optimize containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Collaborate on Strategy: Partner with the founding team to align technology strategies with business goals and contribute to long-term vision.

• Scale the Team: Build and mentor a high-performing DevOps and cybersecurity team as we expand.

What Were Looking For

• DevOps Expertise: Strong knowledge of DigitalOcean, cloud infrastructure, and tools for monitoring, automation, and scaling.

• Cybersecurity Proficiency: Advanced skills in encryption, threat detection, compliance (e.g., PCI DSS), and vulnerability management.

• Fintech Experience: A deep understanding of the fintech landscape, including payment systems, APIs, and crypto integrations.

• Entrepreneurial Spirit: A leader with an ownership mindset, eager to build and grow a business.

• Technical Stack Familiarity: Experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and logging/monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana.
