Role Overview

As the Head of School, you will serve as the visionary leader responsible for the overall management, spiritual direction, and academic excellence of our institution. You will work closely with teachers, students, parents, and the community to uphold our schools mission and drive continued success.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Provide strategic leadership to ensure academic and operational excellence.

✅ Oversee curriculum development and ensure the integration of a biblical worldview in education.

✅ Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of teachers and staff.

✅ Foster a positive school culture built on Christian values and academic integrity.

✅ Manage the schools budget and operations, ensuring sustainability and growth.

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, churches, and the community.

✅ Ensure compliance with educational policies and Christian school standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

? Faith & Leadership: A committed Christian who aligns with the schools mission and values.

? Education & Experience: A Masters degree in Education Administration, Leadership, or a related field (preferred) with at least 5 years of leadership experience in a school setting.

? Strong Communication: Ability to engage and inspire students, teachers, and parents.

? Strategic Thinker: Experience in school growth, staff development, and community relations.

? Servant Leadership: A heart for mentorship, collaboration, and Christian discipleship.
