Job Title: Membership Recruitment Officer

Location: Abuja

Job Summary:

We are seeking energetic and results-driven Membership Recruitment Officers to join the Real Estate Marketers and Consultants Association of Nigeria (REMCAN). In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting new members, expanding REMCANs reach, and ensuring that real estate professionals across Nigeria benefit from our network, advocacy, and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Identify & Recruit New Members - Actively engage with real estate professionals (agents, brokers, marketers, consultants) to educate them about REMCAN and encourage them to join.

✅ Develop & Execute Recruitment Strategies - Implement innovative approaches to attract new members, including direct outreach, networking events, and digital marketing.

✅ Build & Maintain Relationships - Serve as the first point of contact for potential members, addressing inquiries, and providing necessary information.

✅ Achieve Membership Targets , Meet or exceed monthly recruitment goals as set by the management.

✅ Track & Report Recruitment Efforts, Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversions, and feedback for performance evaluation.

✅ Promote REMCANs Benefits & Value, Clearly communicate the advantages of being part of REMCAN, including networking, advocacy, and professional growth.

Requirements & Qualifications:

✔ Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

✔ Proven experience in sales, marketing, or membership recruitment is an advantage.

✔ Strong persuasion, communication, and negotiation skills.

✔ Ability to work independently and hit targets consistently.

✔ Passion for real estate and networking.

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary + Performance-Based Incentives.
