Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Frontend Angular Developer to join our Product Development team. You will work closely with the team to understand requirements and leverage your expertise to introduce modern design patterns. Your primary focus will be on designing, proposing, and developing high-performing solutions with a strong emphasis on UI/UX and security, delivering impactful applications at a global level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Fullstack, QA, ETL, and DevOps engineers to develop rich user experiences that seamlessly integrate with various backends, microservices, and third-party providers.
• Design, propose, and implement highly performant, scalable, and secure frontend solutions using Angular.
• Contribute to the evolution of Frontend Development capabilities in Digital Services, championing best practices in UI/UX design.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinements.
• Own your tasks and stories by determining story points, recording man-hours, and delivering high-quality code on time.
• Ensure frontend applications are responsive, accessible, and compatible across browsers and devices.
• Proactively identify and address performance, usability, and security concerns in the frontend architecture.
• Foster a collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge and mentoring colleagues where needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Angular (preferably Angular 9+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience in building dynamic, responsive, and accessible web applications with a strong focus on user experience.
• Familiarity with integrating RESTful APIs and working with microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of frontend security practices and performance optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in version control systems like Git and CI/CD processes.
• Experience participating in Agile development methodologies and Sprint ceremonies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive and team-oriented attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of design systems and UI frameworks such as Material Design or Bootstrap.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jasmine, Karma, or Protractor.
• Experience with integrating third-party libraries and APIs.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and processes is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦800,000.00 - ₦1,200,000.00 per month
