Job Title: Team Lead, Origination & Client Coverage
Location: Lagos State
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
Looking for a Team Lead to provide strategic direction, drive business development, and manage key client relationships. The role involves overseeing team performance, securing transactions, and expanding the firms presence across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the team to meet business objectives and KPIs.
2. Manage client relationships across multiple sectors.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends and potential clients.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and institutional investors.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions.
6. Secure transactions and track deal progress.
7. Represent the firm at industry events and client meetings.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree (minimum 2.1) in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; Masters degree or relevant certifications (CFA, ACA, ACCA) preferred.
2. Minimum 10 years experience in investment banking or client coverage with a proven track record.
3. Strong leadership, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
4. In-depth knowledge of financial markets and industry trends.
5. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦2,750,000.00 per month
