URGENT VACANCIES IN THE AGRICULTURE INDUSTRY

open positions:FARM MANAGERS, FARM SUPERVISORS, AND FARM WORKERS

Key REQUIREMENTS:

§ Degree in any related agriculture courses, or other related discipline.

§ At least 2 years of proven experience in crop and vegetable commercial farming.

§ Manage daily activities on assigned portions of the farm.

§ Supervise farm workers and ensure tasks are carried out effectively.

§ Responsibilities Develop and implement farm strategies and policies.

§ Oversee day-to-day operations of the entire farm.

§ Coordinate with farm supervisors to ensure effective management of the farm.

§ Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.

§ Drive the adoption of modern agricultural techniques and technologies.

§ Ensure continuous improvement in operational performance.

  • Strong research and analytical skills
