Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring seamless IT operations within the organisation. Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level IT support and respond to technical inquiries from employees.

  • Experience with cloud services, cybersecurity, and system administration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or equivalent are a plus.
